Huge Sandwiches delicious Salads and soups lovely Paninis and they deliver so quickly we been ordering canteen for the longest and never got disappointing staff is also extremely nice they go out of there way to please any customer our favorite are canteen chicken, le cordon blue, Roman empire and in Paninis are Columbus circle and canteen club and much more

Got the Cuban panini, the hot pastrami reuben, a grilled cheese, and fries. All hot and delicious. Loved the fries (big and soft, just like I like em). The pastrami was everything I was hoping for. And the grilled cheese brought me back to my youth. Sometimes you just need a good sandwich at a good price.

Very satisfied with their sandwiches...definitely their specialty.. Have been ordering from Canteen more and more. Good scallion cream cheese...good salads. Very happy with this place. Nice delivery man as well.

I'm always satisfied with my orders from Canteen. My coworkers and I order as a group almost weekly. All of their sandwiches are great, but I consider the Bergen St Blast as the pinnacle of the sandwich arts.

After not ordering form canteen for over three years the food is as good if not better then I remembered. Never too expensive and always fast delivery. My #1 deli choice on Grubhub.

Canteen has great sammies for a great price. They definitely do NOT skimp on deli meat or any sandwich fixings. They also have great french fries (both sweet potato and regular!). The only negative thing I could say is that if you get something with honey mustard, maybe ask for it on the side, because sometimes they put on too much making the sandwich soggy/drippy by the time it's delivered. Overall great food though!! Everything I've tried has been tasty!!

I love this place. The people in there are always super nice, and I've never had a bad order. He is constantly trying to do new things and experiment with options. He is willing to carry a lot of different products by the cash register. My favorite is the "Dieter's Wrap" with spinach, goat cheese and egg whites. Add some salsa and you're golden! I've never ordered delivery and usually only do pick up and sit in and eat, so I cannot say how that is.

Some of the friendliest staff in town. They didn't have the soup I ordered but they called me right away and I was able to get different soup that I wanted. They even offered me a fresh juice as they were wrapping up my order when I got there. Great staff and the food is also very good. We got the Greek salad, vegetable soup, and one of their chicken sandwiches. Good stuff.

I strongly disagree with most of the other commenters here. I order often from Canteen Delicatessen & Cafe (mostly make-your-own-salads), and I've never once had a problem with an order or with the service. They arrive within the delivery window, and the food is fresh and totally satisfactory as far as diner fare goes. Don't believe the haters...

Our order from Canteen Delicatessen and Cafe came on time. Soups were the right temperature, ready to consume right away. Three lentil chili is delicious and pretty much best, I have ever tasted. The fellas 'pride' themselves in their sandwich menu and for a reason. Solid cooking, always fresh produce.
